The happenings at Outreach for the week of September 3 – 9, 2017
• OCC Youth Kick-Off will be NEXT WEEK Sept. 10th! They will meet from 4-6 at Outreach.
• OCC Youth Campout will be at the Millers on Sept. 15-(6pm) -16 (noon). Please see Justin for directions on how to get there. Jr. High kids each bring a 2 liter of pop. Sr. High kids each bring a bag of chips.
• Save the Date for a benefit for Nannette Fox (Rick’s wife)! Saturday Oct 14th from 12-4pm at the Moose Lodge in Ionia
• Ladies, WAM kick off is two weeks away! Remember to invite a friend to join us AND don’t forget childcare is provided. We are always welcoming volunteer help in the ministry. There are lots of areas where you could be of value, especially the food team. Call Jessi Trierweiler with inquiries @ 269.838.7400. There will be a team meeting directly after church on Sept.10th. This will be short, but necessary to regroup before our new season begins.
• Our annual Christmas program this year will be “An Unplugged Christmas”. All children kindergarten and up that attend Junior church may participate, and practices will begin on October 1st. Nichole Thelen is looking for volunteers willing to help with weekly practices, costume design, set design, and other tasks necessary to make our annual Christmas musical a success. If you can help in any of these areas, there will be a sign up sheet at the information booth. Please sign up by September 24th. If you have any questions, please see Nichole Thelen.
