The happenings at Outreach for the week of April 16 – 22, 2017
 
• Any Jr. high students who are going to CIY Believe, please pay Justin. Money is due.
 
•WAM (Women’s Alive Ministry) meets monthly at Outreach for food, fellowship, worship, and a life applicable message. Their last gathering for the season will be, TOMORROW April 17th from 6 to 8 pm. All adult ladies are encouraged to join. Childcare is provided. Please sign up at the information booth.
 
• NO OCC YOUTH GROUP TODAY.
 
• Ladies Bible Study group has cleaned & boxed up all the books in the library for donation. They took them to CRI in Fowlerville for shipment around the world. Marianne Luginbuhl will have a basket TODAY after service to help pay for shipping costs.
 
• Spring cleaning is upon us again! Please check the lost and found area in the hallway of the youth wing. There is quite a collection. Please only take items that belong to you. If anyone has other items left in different areas of the building (kitchen, lobby, etc) please take them home with you. Any items left behind will be donated at the end of the month.
 
• Mark your calendars for Mother/Son bowling at Buddy’s on the Beach in Lake Odessa on May 6th from 2-4. More details to come!

The happenings at Outreach for the week of April 9 – 15, 2017
 
• WAM (Women’s Alive Ministry) meets monthly at Outreach for food, fellowship, worship, and a life applicable message. Their last gathering for the season will be, TOMORROW April 17th from 6 to 8 pm. All adult ladies are encouraged to join. Childcare is provided. Please sign up at the information booth.
 
• TONIGHT! OCC Youth will be at normal time(4-6). They will be meeting here at Outreach and heading to Swifty’s Park in Lake Odessa at 4:15. Lets end spring break on a warm & sugary note! Bring money for ice cream at Dairy Queen.
 
• Ladies Bible Study group has cleaned & boxed up all the books in the library for donation. They took them to CRI in Fowlerville for shipment around the world. A collection will be taken up next Sunday to help pay for shipping costs.
 
• Everyone is welcome to join in food and fellowship for our annual Easter Breakfast. A pancake breakfast will be served from 9 to 10 next week on Easter Sunday. Gluten and dairy free options will also be available.
 
• No OCC Youth Group on Easter Sunday.
 
• To prepare our hearts and minds for the Easter weekend we invite everyone to a Maundy Thursday service here at the church.  “A Mandate of Love” service  will be on April 13 at 7pm. Just a friendly note that all children are invited to attend, but childcare will not be provided at this special service.

• Anyone interested in attending the Transformational Prayer Basic Training here at Outreach on March 25, from 9am- 5pm, please sign up at the information booth. Pre-registration by TODAY March 19th is REQUIRED (to receive and pre-read the manual). See transformationprayer.org to learn more.
 
• Ladies Bible Study Group meets at 9:30 on Thursday mornings here at Outreach. All adult ladies are welcome to join. No childcare is provided.
 
• You have the opportunity to join our prayer team. Please prayerfully consider signing up at the information booth if you are passionate about us becoming a prayer saturated church.

• Ladies Bible Study Group has changed their meeting time to 9:30 instead of 9 on Thursday mornings here at Outreach. All adult ladies are welcome to join. No childcare is provided.

• If you are interested in teaching or working with youth, we have a spot for you to serve! Looking for nursery volunteers and teachers during Jr. Church.

• Transformational Prayer Ministry Training- here at Outreach this coming Saturday, February 25th from 9 to 5. Cost is $10 for material. Bring a sack lunch. See Shannan Hull for more information. Please sign up at the information booth.

  • Valentine’s Day Luau Dinner: Take a vacation from the snow, and join us for a tropical good time on Saturday, February 18th, from 6-8pm here at the church. Bring the pine”apple” of your eye for a catered dinner, games, fellowship, and fun. Tickets can be purchased out in the Lobby at the tiki table. Cost is $20/couple. Childcare will also be provided by the church youth on a donation basis. So, put on your best Hawaiian shirt, grass skirt, or sundress and join us for a Luau you’ll not soon forget.
